Refund Policy

At Jyoti Sarees, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with care. While we do not offer returns for personal preferences or change of mind, we do provide exchanges and refunds in certain valid cases, as mentioned below.

🔁 Exchange & Refund Policy
We accept exchange or refund requests only if:

  • A wrong product was delivered

  • There is a clear manufacturing defect

Conditions for Eligibility:

  • Issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery

  • A 360-degree unboxing video (unedited, taken during parcel opening) is mandatory

  • Product must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

  • Once approved, we will schedule a return pickup

If a similar product is available, we will send a replacement.

If not, you may:

  • Select another item of the same value, OR

  • Receive a refund of the product amount to your original payment method

💰 Refund Timeline:
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or bank account, depending on your mode of payment.

🚫 No Exchange / Refund Will Be Accepted For:

  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery

  • Missing or edited unboxing video

  • Items used, washed, or without original tags/packaging

  • Minor colour variation due to photography or screen settings

  • Change of mind or dislike after delivery

  • Customised or altered items (including fall-pico or size modifications)

  • Clearance sale or discounted products

📦 Shipping Damage Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping.

Please inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.

If the packaging appears damaged or tampered, kindly refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photo/video evidence.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them

  • We also reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to stock or fraud concerns)

  • Once processed or shipped, no cancellations will be accepted

💸 Shipping & COD Charges

  • Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable

  • Only the product amount will be refunded (if eligible)

Beads & Sequin Disclaimer
Handcrafted products with beads or sequins may experience some fall-off — this is normal and not a defect.

We suggest consulting your tailor for small adjustments before initiating a return.
